Dementia leaves a deep impact. Not just on those with it, but on their caretakers as well. Dementia Friendly Duluth wanted those suffering from and those caring for them to know they were not alone. All around them was a wealth of resources.
To make DFD’s message loud and clear, Swim concepted a campaign to reach those facing dementia, their caretakers and the community. Its focus? Paving a clear path to three different dementia resources.
