Duluth ad agency Swim Creative has received the honor of making Minnesota Business Magazine’s 2014 list of the top 100 Best Companies to Work For.
The 100 Best list, in its third year, looks at companies across the state to determine which Minnesota organizations are setting the standard for employee happiness. According to minnesotabusiness.com, an anonymous employee survey conducted by an independent research group decided which companies made the list. The questionnaire asked employees to rate their workplace on areas such as work environment, employee satisfaction and work leadership.
Swim Creative, a ten-person company, uses a team approach to create compelling advertising for organizations and businesses in and around Minnesota. Some of their recent award-winning work includes the can design for Bent Paddle Brewing Company and the overall rebrand of the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra.
“We are very intentional to create a culture that honors everyone and encourages input. We are a culmination of everyone’s experiences and that is what makes our work so honest and compelling,” says Patrice Bradley, CEO and Creative Director. “Creatively, we have a lot of fun together, but there is also a lot of brain power in the building. And that’s a combination that works.”
The winners in the category of small, medium and large companies will be announced on Thursday, June 5th, at the St. Paul River Centre.
