Swim Creative Takes Gold Twice at The Aster Awards

We’re gonna brag for a second here. We’re proud to announce that we took home two Gold Awards at the 2021 Aster Awards, the nation’s most elite competition dedicated to recognizing the most talented healthcare marketing in the country!

Our first Gold Award came in the category of Specialty Care Facility – Women’s for our work on the St. Luke’s campaign, The Day They Were Born. We interviewed 20 kids, all of whom were born at St. Luke’s, and let their imaginations run wild as they did their best to remember the day they were born. Then we dropped it all on a target market unprepared for all that cuteness and hilarity. And, boys and girls, that’s how a viral, Gold Award-winning campaign was born.

Our second Gold Award came in the category of Foundation Fundraising – Invitations, for our work on the 2020 St. Luke’s Foundation Circle of Light Gala, Maskerade. With the COVID-19 pandemic forcing the annual event to go virtual for the first time, we turned the evening into a celebration of front-line workers and the invitation into an enticing summons to a very good virtual time.

The 2021 Aster Awards received entries from across the entire United States as well as abroad. Entries were reviewed by a panel of industry experts and scored on criteria including creativity, production quality, message effectiveness, layout and design, and overall appeal and execution.

We’re thrilled to have this past year’s work with St. Luke’s and the St. Luke’s Foundation honored on the biggest national stage in healthcare marketing, We take great pride in creating work that makes people think, feel and do something.

And, while we don’t do it for the awards, we do have an empty shelf in our new office space that needs a little spiffing up.
