Duluth ad agency Swim Creative has been included on Minnesota Business Magazine’s 2014 list of the top 100 Best Companies to Work For.
The 100 Best list, in its third year, looks at companies across the state to determine which are setting the standard for employee happiness. According to minnesotabusiness.com, an anonymous employee survey conducted by an independent research group decided which companies made the list. The questionnaire asked employees to rate their workplace on areas such as work environment, employee satisfaction and work leadership.
